Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I've had my car since around match 2015.. I was on time with my payments cus I had a full time job the whole reason why I got the car. Then a few months after I lost my job and they called and threaten to shut my car off for him payment. I explained why I couldn't get my payment in at that time and I would figure something out in to getting my payment in.. so I did my payments when I could. They say to keep in contact with them and so I did .. but every phone call I made they would talk down to me . So I quit talking to them and just payed my payment when I could . I would make one payment and couple days later there calling again. They say all the calls are recorded and I brought that up to them over the phone they had everything to say about that. They never listen to what I have to say about anything.. the promotion department called me and said if I signed up for this thing online that I would get $200 in any repair towards my car and being my car payments current so I went online and filled everything out and there calling again once again after theyb shut my car off saying I never went online and did what they asked me to do.. and I repeatedly told them over and over I did go online and fill whatever they wanted me to fill out.. this place should be reported to better business bereau like ASAP!!!!

Iam thinking about finding a lawyer and sueing this place for everything they put me through.. lesson learned and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. I referred one friend and they said if get $100 for referral and I called and they told me they don't do that. Next time I called and asked about it they said it's up to the promotional department so I talked to them and they didn't know what I was talking about and they told me they all money handling goes through the financial department. Then around the try time I called about the referral they said it was to late to get it in like what kind of s**t is that I've been calling about it for how long now and now they wanna tell me it's to late for me to get it ... very oissed off

The only RipOff here....

The only RipOff here is the Education System if you were allowed to graduate High School.  It is also a perfect example why some sort of education requirement needs to be put in for someone to be allowed to get a car loan.

So here are some facts for you that I hope you understand.

When you got the car you made an agreement that you would make a specific payment, on a specific date, for a specific amount of time.  If you fail to do that because you are with a Sub-Prime lender they put a device in your car that will disable it until you make a payment.

There were no provisions in the loan that said you only had to pay when you could or if you had a job.

The only thing you need a lawyer for is to help you if they reposess the vehicle.  Because once they reposess it you are still responsible for the balance of the loan.  If you fail to pay it they will file a suit against you.
