Car Loan, LLC This company preys on the poor and desperate Nationwide
I was in a desperate situation almost 2 years ago and found this car title company online. I borrowed 1500 dollars and agreed to pay 300 dollars a month for a year. I paid all of that (3600) and then was told that I had only been paying on the interest and I had a baloon payment due of the 1500.
They offered a "settlement" and said I could pay back 320 dollars a month with half of it going towards the principal. So I paid that for 9 months (2880) and then in mid june my payment bounced. July 3rd they took my car in the middle of the night.
They now want either 1800 dollars to reinstate my loan or 2600 dollars to pay it off. Needless to say, I don't have it, so I have lost everything. I wonder how they sleep at night?

John was ready and willing to work out a deal with me earlier in the week. I am trying to get together the much lower amount he agreed on. He was very helpful and I withdraw the complaint.

Why is all this so much of a surprise to you? Did you even READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you signed the contract? Oh yes, but its all THEIR fault.
