Cardservice International is a somewhat scam, and they collect fund from the cards and not release to our account. They do have so many excuses for draging their feet. Never ship out anything if you have to close down the account it may be a loss. We had enough dealing with this outfit and had to follow the path to tighten the screws on this folks for good so they can't keep doing what they do. This is the company cardservice.com they do hold funds for their own benifit and we did file complaint with the Federal Trade Commision ftc.gov/index.html 877-382-4357 x 4 : once you have a pattern establised with them 10> complaints they'll get the FED's involved with this folks. This company had join the BBB on june of 2005 and have C grading means these folks are bunch stinking rats, and they do have couple of on going law suits with California Attorney General's office. We should work together to bring this scam outfit down soon. Theresa Ramirez from fraud prevention been giving the run around for the past week and never answers the phone always the answering mechine, need to leave atleast 5-10 messages in order to get a response... stinks.

I agree totally with you on this company. I did all the things you mentioned. I went also in bbb after they illegally debited my bank account and get this. I fired them over a year ago. Just the other two weeks ago I found out they went in my bank account and took 232.00 from my account. I immediately went to my bank and filed a dispute to retrieve my funds back and also I notified and complained to bbb and the federal trade commssion myself. I also settled out of court for 1700.00 they tried to ripp me off for in the past because they didn't want to face a judge. I think they should be shut down myself. I saw all the horror stories and awful conduct on thier part that put people thru all sorts of hell and collections. NEEDLESSLY. Why hasn't BBB and Federal TRADE COMMISSION Done something about this place? Do we all need to get a class action suit filed here? They should be on channel seven on your side. I can't stand them! I used them for like three or four years and they ripped me off constantly till I got fed up. And wireless terminals were not functionable and they charged me for wireless each month. It was a nightmare!
