Carethy bilua e-commerce s.l Fraudulent company, took my money but I did not receive my order Internet
Placed an online order with Carethy.net on June 28th 2017. Received an email with tracking number saying items shipped on July 3 & I should receive them in a few days.
It is now August 1st 2017 and I have not received my items. Tracking has not updated since July 7 where it states "Shipment arrived at Office of Exchange".
I have sent two messages to Carethy about status of order via their customer service page on their website but they have gone unanswered.
Please take this as a warning. Do not order from this dishonest fraudulent company who will take your money and run.
I have just opened a paypal dispute about this order. Next option if no luck with paypal is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I finally received my items, nearly 1 month past the time I was told I would receive them. So likely safe to order from just be prepared for a long wait and no response from customer service when you try and contact them. Will not order from them again.
