Below is a transcript asking for fitment for my car. I also watched the install video for these headlights and it lead me to believe that these were completely plug and play and they are far from it. Now I am fighting for a refund that i was promised earlier but instead of a return label i am getting into a pissing match about how I was wrong. I even called the manufacturer and they said there is no replacement that would fit my car without throwing errors.

Almost $700 invested and i have nothing that works just emails back and forth as to how I was at fault.

I am sorry to know, that the headlights did not work with your vehicle and I do apologize for all inconvenience this mistake had caused to you. I am sorry that you had encountered with all that return hassle. We had already provided you with the return authorization form and the return label. We noticed, that you had already shipped the product back, and it had already been delivered to the manufacturer. We had sent the rush request to our Billing team to issue a full refund to your account for teh returned product.
