Carla Hall- Taylor with Pennslvania Tech and Training Please do not go to Philadephia Tech and Training for several reasons: One Carla Hall Taylor - Financial aid is a backstabber and unqualifed for financial aid and the school is unorganized Phily Pennsylvania
Carla Hall Taylor - the current financial aid director is not qualifed for this position and is a backstabber and should never be trusted. The school has a lot of problems with doing Title IV refunds, they do not know whom is graduated or when the students are in the program. For one, a student was out of the country and the school still had him enrolled. He was gone of the country for 6 months and had no plans to come back to Philly. I reported over 30 Title IV Funding Violations to the United States Department of Education. Please beware of this school. Thanks for listening
