Carlos Mendoza Carlos Mendoza as so they say they are will buy puppies from people and then claim that they died, demand a refund then turn around and sell the perfectly healthy puppy.
A person claming to be Carlos Mendosa will buy a puppy then claim that it died and demand a refund. They even have nerve enough to take pictures off the internet of puppies that look simular and have died and send them as so called proof. However once they scam their victim they turn around and sell the puppy! So watch OUT! And don't become the victim, know for certain that they are telling the truth before giving them any refunds.
