Carmen H. Rosa - an ebay seller identified as checkourexpress is fraudulently representing items sold on ebay. This seller is continually forcing buyers to file complaints with Paypal and ebay to get their merchandise. This seller will viciously attack sellers through the ebay feedback forum if you leave a negative feedback for her.
Ebay has been notified of her selling tactics and refuses to reprimand her for her outlandish selling tactics.

Carmen H. Rosa - AKA checkourexpress has changed her ebay name to checkyourexpress. She is apparently trying to make it difficult to find her. She changed her name on September 19, 2004. The negative feedbacks showing her continual fraud and hostile feedback tactics are growing on a daily basis. Check out her feedback under her new ebay name checkyourexpress. This seller should be banned from the ebay community.
