Carnival Cruise Lines Vacation Tour and Travel DO NOT CRUISE OR BOOK WITH EITHER CARNIVAL OR VACATION TOUR & TRAVEL-RIP OFF Conway, Arkansas
We booked a "special" with Vacation tour and Travel. I called ahead and asked numerous questions and all the answers were yes. A complete LIE and deception. Only to find out everything we were told was a lie. And the problem is you call up one number/company and ge dates and info through another company and pay through another company and then TRY to book through yet another company. Then when you call Carnival they say oh sorry it is not through them. We were told you could book one per house hold which my sons live in different households but when we went to book it they said it was GROUP bookings and not allowed. Everytime you try to book it there are not rooms left UNLESS you UPGRADE for lots of money more. A total rip off and Carnival will not back you up and we have been on 7 or more cruises with 20 or 30 people and will never go on a cruise after this. they are a rip off!Toneen, Sarasota, Florida
