Let me just start by saying I am not a fan of Carnival, and will never sail one of their ships. I stick with other cruise lines.
BUT with that said, there seems to be a lot of information being left out here.
First off, what was this "injury" that caused your Girlfriend to be denied boarding by Carnival on the first day of the cruise, but amazingly allowed her to board just a couple of days later.
Carnival, and every other cruise line, has standards of health for people who have been recently(or currently) sick. But being sick and being injured are two different things. So I can't really see your Girlfriend having something like a broken arm that was magically healed in just a couple of days. Unless you have discovered some new strain of broken bones, you can't transmit an injury to someone else and there is no reason a doctor would need to "watch" her.
Next, you are really going to come here and say you spent "hours and hours" trying to figure out where the debits and credits were? So you are coming here, saying you stood in line at Customer Service for hours and when you got up to talk to someone they just told you that they can't pull up your account or print you out any detail. By the way, exactly what "credits" are you putting on your account?
Then onto your luggage. Okay...this one I could give you a "pass" on, but do have a question on if you had a 9 hour layover just how far were you from the cruise terminal to cause you to barely make the flight?
Finally, let's look at this next cruise you booked. So you called up an Internet Travel Site to book a cruise. You claim you booked a cruise on Holiday(Holland?) America. Yet, according to you Expedia just out of the blue and because they just wanted to screw with you booked you with Carnival, and told you that the deposit was totally refundable. Okay, so how is that Carnival's fault?
By the way on a more personal note. If $510 is 1/3 of your paycheck and apparently is a problem is it the wisest thing to be paying for a cruise?
