Carnivora Research International CEO Richard Ostrow responded to an emil I sent requesting status of my order shipment. After a few email, he told me I had highstrung behavior.. Passing judgement on me for asking about my order status.. What???

Here are some of the responses to me. This CEO should not be dealing with customers, and by the way, why is he answering email to customerservice? I removed my email address and name from the info below.

I asked:

Hello,

My name is ***** ******* and I placed an order with you early this morning.

order yhst-********************* totaling 91.85.

Could you please tell me when this will ship? All my order states is order confirmation as a status.

We received your order this morning. Orders rarely go out the very same

 

day they're received.  It will schedule to ship tomorrow or Wednesday.

All products ordered at any of my privately owned websites are shipped same or next business day. It is expected for products to ship to the consumer as quickly as possible. I emailed and telephoned your company after placing my order, to which I have received 2 very different responses to the delay in shipping. Your representative went as far as suggesting I upgrade to second day shipping.. What? You haven’t even processed this order, and I’m expected to upgrade my shipping??? If the order had been processed as it would be expected, my products would have been here already or arriving today because I am in Florida.

Please accept my apology in advance for rambling, however.. if the items I ordered aren’t shipped today, I would request you cancel my order and issue an immediate refund.

You are right, ... when was the last time you saw an owner, a CEO, respond to a customer email? Just how few are there employed that you respond.

I demanded a refund, because you couldnt tell me when the product would ship after 3 days had passed.

YOU dont even have the product, I was told it is in clearwater florida.. funny there is no carnivora in clearwater. Sure, you can tell me it is a warehouse, but you can see my concerns in the whole matter.

The bottom line is, just like today with you including unnecessary info, you have lowered yourself to an improper display for a CEO. Like your email, this is inappropriate and improper for a CEO to act. That was the original complaint and remains the complaint today. It should not matter how many email are exchanged, they should ALL be cordial... not just one.

You claim that there are no complaints in BBB. There are 3 BBB reports similar to mine, so I am not the only one to find a problem with your company and product.

You prey on those with MS and Cancers offering some miracle, your product by carnivora is over priced and there are offers accross the web at 50 percent of your pricing.

Are you aware of the new law.. cyberbulling is against the law now, would you like me to send you a copy of the law? or.. post it here?

If you would like to continue this further, I can place all the email up that you sent. Including the ones that stated I have no life and too much time on my hands..

I appreciate your response, at least now everyone can see your responses and know I told the truth.

I lodged a complaint and you bullied..

By the way, you continued to send bullying email for days, one after the other.. For Days.

We want the readers of this false "Rip Off" Report to be aware of the very first email response from the owner of the company, which demonstrates a cordial reply to address the buyers concern.

How many people do you know receive responses directly from the owner of the company in this regard?

Annette Lawson ("annt"- Internet name) proceeded to take her alleged complaint to another level after it was clear that the owner said her shipment would be going out Tuesday or Wednesday (See actual emails below).

"Hello Annette,

 Thank you for your confidence.

 We received your order this morning. Orders rarely go out the very same day they're received.  It will schedule to ship tomorrow or Wednesday.At that time you'll get a status on your shipment."

 SUBSEQUENT EMAIL TO ANNETTE LAWSON:

"I actually replied to you as the Owner of the company the very day you placed your order!

 Was that not satisfactory? I stated that your order would be shipped Tuesday or Wednesday...

 You took it to another level.

CLOSING STATEMENT: I clearly went beyond the call of duty to reply to a prospective customer to satisfy her question. Apparently for this particular prospective customer, that was not enough. Further, NO RIP OFF HAD EVER OCCURRED SINCE WE WERE HAPPY TO REFUND HER MONEY IN A TIMELY MANNER UPON HER REQUEST.
