I went to Pearl Medspa and paid for services in advance. They have "specials" in the form of "packages". When I went in for one of my laser hair removal treatments they made me wait 45 minutes. Then brought me into a room and had the woman was clueless about using the equipment.
When I returned for mini facial the "Package" had mysteriously dwindled into 2 more treatments. I had ten left! Carol Robbins is the person I was told to speak to. What a liar! The place should be boarded up. She wouldn't refund my money or fix the "missing" treatments that were never credited to my "file."
The place is a circus and Carol Robbins is the ring leader. If she is speaking she is lying. After 6 months, I gave up. But what a SCAM! They did nothing but take my money and hassle me. they seemed so nice and acted like old friends. The kind that clean out your bank accounts.....those friends. ;(
