The shortest version of this story is that the company DOES NOT care about it's customers.  I made a purchase on TUESDAY, 4/14/2015 that was being shipped from Virginia (I live in Michigan), I received a tracking number from FedEx that same day.  Friday, 4/17/2015 rolls around and there has not been ANY progress with the shipment.  I call FedEx who tells me they don't even have my part - I call carparts.com where the service rep wasn't very helpful and very unaware.  I tell her that I need to know the status ASAP so I can decide whether or not to purchase elsewhere and have overnighted if necessary.  I was told she had to call me back but she didn't call back until it was too late int the day for me to order overnight shipping elsewhere,

then refused to refund me stating that my part had already shipped!  I waited until the expected delivery date Tuesday, 4/21/2015 and FedEx just hands off to the post office who tells me to wait another 1 to 2 days for delivery.  If this company cared at all about it's customers, they'd use a professional shipping service.  The $6 I paid for this garbage shipping service would've also covered th ecost of UPS Ground and I'd have had my package in 2 business days.  Totally unprofessional, I'd highly recommend paying $5 more and making purchases elsewhere - somewhere the company actually cares about you and your satisfaction!
