Ma'am, Do you not believe that the dealership is trying to fix the problem with your automobile? Do you believe that the dealership does not want to fix your automobile? Was the vehicle new or preowned? If preowned, did it come with a warranty? Is your car a Nissan? (if not take to the make's dealership, they might be better trained to fix thier own make of car) I think it is likely that they want to fix your car, they are trying to fix your car and are just experiencing some bad luck. Please be patient, car are complex machines, i believe that they will help you.

carriage nissan is a rip off because i bought a car from them which they never fixed it went back in park forward in reverse.i took it back three times .they said it was fixed .it wasnt then the brakes went out.then they want you to pay for something they should have fixed.plus they want to charge a 28% intrest rate to people who are trying to do better for themselves.
