I Financed a car through Carry All Used Cars. What A Huge Mistake!! Even though the car looked good from the outside it was a piece of crap. I Only had the car one week before it starting overheating and busted all the hoses and the radiator.

A mechanic that i had look at it after it broke down (because it was on the weekend and they were closed) said they knew there were radiator problems with it when they sold it ti you becuase they had used some sealent to temporarily repair the problem.. Just so i could get it off the freaking lot!!

So of course they refused to fix it because there was no warranty so i paid 500.00 to have it fixed. Now before everyone starts to think i didnt have it check out before i got it, I did. The sealent wasnt anything you could have saw until the radiator busted. They even have you sign a paper that you take it to a mechanic before you buy it which is why i thought maybe they were going to be on the up and up. But they are fixing problems by covering them up long enough for you to get the car of the lot and then BAM.

So even though the car broke down the 1st week my car payment was still due. It is one of those rinky dinky places the u pay weekly or biweekly. When i went to make my payment she looked at all my receipts for the things i paid on the car and still wanted full payment, of course. I made that payment in 2 parts because I had to spend so much money on the car the 1st week.

They don't have a grace period. So we went back and forth about that. the next problem I had was they are only open from 8-5pm. I work 8 to 5pm. i called them a few times to let them know i was running a little late and was assured someone would be there until an about 5:30pm. They dont have a drop box and if you slide it under the door your payment is still considered late becuase you didnt make it before 5pm. So this day i go to make my payment and they are already gone. So 1st thing in the morning i call her and tell her meaning CECE ( that's her name) i would be there on my break. when i go in to make the payment 1day late they tell me to give them the car. I was so furious but i let it go. if they are going to handle their business that way who wants to do business with them anyway. So l lost my 800.00 down and all my payments but thats the way the cookie crumbles when you deal with dirt pigs.

I had to respond to that weak rebuttal. That car has been back on the lot three times since I had it. Do the math. I am not the only who got screwed by them. They need to be put out of business!!!!!!! Yes i did give you a receipt for sealent because I had to buy some to go in the radiator brainiac!

We ask our customers to take the vehicle to a ***CERTIFIED MECHANIC*** before purchasing the vehicle. His/Her certified mechanic checks the vehicle out. His/Her mechanic will inform him/her of the condition of the vehicle. The customer makes the decision whether or not he/she wants the responsibility of that vehicle. All vehicles will need repairs some time or other. We do not intentionally sell vehicles that have water leaks. It could have been an oversight or...the water leak started shortly after he/she purchased the vehicle. We were sorry to hear he/she had this problem so soon after purchasing the vehicle. He/She did bring the receipts to Carry All. The receipts were photocopied and we worked with his/her payment. (among those receipts was a receipt for BAR LEAK--A radiator sealant). We have strict guide lines...we go over this with each customer BEFORE signing the contract. He/She could not or would not uphold his/her end of the agreement.
