We ask our customers to take the vehicle to a ***CERTIFIED MECHANIC*** before purchasing the vehicle. His/Her certified mechanic checks the vehicle out. His/Her mechanic will inform him/her of the condition of the vehicle. The customer makes the decision whether or not he/she wants the responsibility of that vehicle. All vehicles will need repairs some time or other. We do not intentionally sell vehicles that have water leaks. It could have been an oversight or...the water leak started shortly after he/she purchased the vehicle. We were sorry to hear he/she had this problem so soon after purchasing the vehicle. He/She did bring the receipts to Carry All. The receipts were photocopied and we worked with his/her payment. (among those receipts was a receipt for BAR LEAK--A radiator sealant). We have strict guide lines...we go over this with each customer BEFORE signing the contract. He/She could not or would not uphold his/her end of the agreement.
