Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Well, I saw they're ad online. My Girlfriend bought a car from them, and it needed a flywheel and a starter within a day of having the car. They paid for part of the repairs and she was happy. So I purchase a car from there, and they say "dont worry you have a four day grace period when it comes to paying your bill." which is nice, not really needed, but I appreciated the cushion.

Well, that wasnt the case. I get a call while on vacation, and they are demanding the money. not a problem, I pay it, and ask about the grace period. They completely deny ever saying anything like that and it goes back and forth. I give up, and just chalk it up as sketchy business practices.

I find out about 2 days later that there are NUMEROUS things wrong with the car I purchased. About 2600 dollars worth I later found out. I had talked to the manager and he had agreed to fix the brakes, because they were COMPLETELY worn down. He said "just get a mechanic to send over the paperwork and we'll have it fixed for you." (this was before i knew anything else was wrong) My sister called in about the four day grace period, and the manager became extremely hostile and juvenile.

Calling us "retarded" and "slow" and 'delusional" for telling him that one of his sales woman quoted us a four day grace period. To make a long story short, He promised me that he would fix the brakes, and now refuses to fix anything. He has gone as far as to tell us we are not allowed to call the office. "The car is your problem now" was the last thing he had said to me before hanging up. the car was $7995, but after the financing charges ($4 grand!!!!! for 36 months) we are paying 11 thousand dollars for a car that is useless.

The electrical system is trash, it shorts out, it needs new ball joints, a motor mount(?) a water pump a wire harness... and obviously we are stuck, in fear of ruining my credit, and having no real action to take towards them. Take heed, I am ex-military, and i generally function with a solid sense of integrity. They however dont.
