Caruso Benefits Group Tara Wilson, Benefits Administrator ,blatantly lied about receiving important documents and made no attempt to facilitate processing and transmission of these documents; Bethlehem Pennsylvania
Tara Wilson, Benefits Administrator at Caruso Benfits Group, was responsible for collecting and processing new business quotes. I had emailed her important documents and expected these papers to be processed.
Several weeks later I called the company only to have her tell me that she did not receive my email, yet she did receive various other emails? I resent the email several times and they did not come back to me undelivered. She claimed again that she did not get the email, yet this time she also claimed to have left several messages on my phone?
At this point I had to question her credibility as their was absolutely no phone calls and I found it highly unusual to not receive so many emails and to not have them come back to me undelivered.
I could not trust this person with my business and I do not know how anyone could; or, how Caruso Benefits Group could maintain any kind of established reputation with this person working for them?
