 At Cascadia blooms.com they practice fairness and said that if you are not satisfied with their products that they will provide a full refund to the customer. I ordered 4 ounces of CBD flower and there was issues with the qaulity of the flower and horrible shipping. After a full year  after expereincing  bad CBD from them, I saw some reviews that convinced me that purhaps they changed and made improvments. After email after email of contacting customer service the end result was a partial refund of $75.

I explained that I didnt complain at the time this occured becuase I was experiencing personal issues at the time and didnt have time to try to recover my $400 bucks that I willing charged my card for their horrible dried up strians. The flower was so bad it caused throat   irritations and horrible coaghing. The flowers were old and seemed like they were laying around and not stored properly.  In my opinion they were passing old flower that was no longer smokable to make a profit off of unsuspecting customers.

     These people need to be investigated for unfair practices in the CBD industry.

  Shipping is absoluting disappointing , you could be waiting a week or 2 for your order.

  Other leading CBD companys ship within 1 business day and fast shipping.

          They are about profit and not putting the customer first. Donot buy anything from them
