The above vindictive and vexatious attempts at fraudulently discrediting an innocent charity via social media is created by a mentally unhinged and evil individual. There are many many instances of dogs lives being saved by Foxies Fund. My dog has been saved, and Foxies Fund posts the receipts on their facebook page to prove the money went where it was supposed to.

The organization is a 501c3 approved charity, that is constantly reviewed by the taxation department. There is no chance for this organization to "scam" anyone. This mentally unstable individual is well known to the Polk County Sheriff for making many false accusations/statements to police officers. I fully respect, support and trust in the way Foxies Fund is run.

It deals directly with the vet so the dog receives the funding for treatments. Funding leaves Foxies Fund directly to the vet. All clients are screened to make sure Foxies Fund members don't get ripped off. Foxies Fund decided to make their facebook page accessable to the public so created a new group (that is why a new group was created... it had nothing to do with any alleged wrong-doings).

Foxies Fund also decided to go with a different website provider as the old one was not meeting the requirements of new devices, (not because of any alleged wrong-doings). Art Smith had to create a new facebook page because her facebook was hacked, not because of some insane reason that this individual has made up.

So this crazed lunatic, makes normal happenings appear like scams and dishonesty which anyone can create if they try hard enough to manipulate the situation. This lunatic makes it his lifes work to stalk and harrass anyone who has contact with Foxies Fund. He is constantly monitoring (stalking) their facebook page for hours on end, stealing their photographs (as you can see above.)

He contacts every new client or member on Foxies Fund page to harrass & threaten them to get them to try to leave and when that criminal action doesnt work he tries other criminal actions - eg: he personally phones them or their place of work or their neighbors to tell lies about the member, such as being a criminal or paedophile which causes great distress to his victims.

This abbhorent behavior has been a continuous and relentless hobby for this creature. He needs serious therapy and is particularly a danger to female victims in which he targets for his insane rants, ramblings, threats and ravings. These types of people nearly always project their faults, actions and flaws onto the thing they are trying to destroy, that being Foxies Fund, its staff and members.

This person, Michael Dale Dodd, of Winterhaven Florida, is himself the perpetrator of domestic violence, his wife has been charged with check fraud and his daughter (bless her poor soul) has been charged with prostitution on many occassions. There have been other people, Brendolyn J Cole attacked by the Foxie's Fund Inc. and Facebook group, Dominick Tambone is well aware of these attacks and promotes them. He calls his group an Army ( Armies Kill ). . We investigated the Foxies Fund Inc. and group ourselves and discovered some of the pets they are asking funds for are not legit and bogus setups. Member clients and hookers are involved in this fraud activity. We also came across a past member Brendolyn J Cole that had her debit card over charged, as they donated a one-time donation of $50.00 and then over the next few months money at the sum of $250.00 extra was being taken off the debit card without approval from Brendolyn J Cole in which she had to cancel that debit card to stop the fraud from her account. Brendolyn J Cole was also attacked in a video on the Foxies Fund facebook group using her name and claiming she and Olaf Rodgers , Heinz Maak , Renee Maak and Wideass Jan was hurting the puppies,Dominick also attack Ripoff Report for the first Ripoff report #1288070 made on him and Foxies Fund for not representing a official 501c3 which in turn the You - Tube video Important Message for All Members caused violent backlash on Brendolyn J Cole that was being scammed out of money. Michael Dale Dodd of Winterhaven Florida has no qualifications to support his claims on facebook that he is a Naturopathic, dog nutritionalist. They are all a contrived scam to get people to donate to his dog help groups on facebook. While he continually tries to defaim and berate a charity called Foxies Fund who help with medical issues, it is not fully understood what connection he has or wants with foxies fund but it is certain it is of a diabolical nature. 

We know Michael D Dodd does loathe and detest the good they do for dogs in the United States. They are a 501c3 charity supported by the IRS. Both Dominic and Art have a background check clearance. Dominic has high priority clearance because of his background with the military with repairing their optic fibre communications systems. And Art because she works with vulnerable communities in Australia. With this knowledge, there is no way in heaven or hell, that these two are under any investigation by Dodds "fraud investigator" group that he conjured up in his own mind. Always referring everything to "we" ... the fraud investigator group! There is no such group. It is Dodd attempting to intimidate the charity and it's members (as usual) to make them close down the charity.

Let's get onto his claims about a married couple called Steve and Casey. Only using happy photographs as "evidence" Dodd claims they have been taking funding from Foxies Fund. How exactly do they do this? They have no access to Foxies Fund's accounts. They have no passwords or permissions to go into those accounts either. So I wonder how they are accessing them because Art and Dom DO NOT allow anyone to access them. So, with the cars and homes and possessions that Casey and Steve own .... these are purchased through their own funds, from working hard at a few jobs over 30 years. These two people are not associated at all with Foxies Fund administration. The name of their deceased dog Foxie Holt, has been used with permission for the charity, and an account of her story is on their website. They are also donors to Foxies Fund. Dom and Art DO NOT give Foxies Fund money to any one else either. Any funds collected for dogs are given to the vet ONLY to use to save the lives of dogs that come to them for help.

Mr Dodd does not have access to anybody's financial accounts. He would have no idea where anyones finances come from. So, his claims about what people spend their hard earned money on and where it comes from is very unfounded indeed. To say that Foxies Fund is the "biggest" fraud group on facebook is another huge exaggeration!! 1: that Foxies Fund isnt frauding anybody and 2: they barely scrape by with low donations thanks to the heartless and relentless harrassment of Michael Dodd. Mr Dodd claims his family, his home, and his livelihood have been "attacked" (a word he uses regularly) by Foxies Fund. I find this claim interesting. I know that Art lives in Australia, so claiming Foxies Fund (run by two people) has "attacked" and "threatened" his life and his family's life is an absurd notion. I dont think Art can afford a ticket to fly to the USA just to "attack" Michael Dodd's family. Dom lives in Norcross Georgia. I dont think Dominic wants to travel 321 miles to go "attack" Michael Dale Dodds family. He would never do anything like that anyways, he is a peace-loving man that works 2 jobs every day, so I dont think he would have the time or desire to do anything that deluded. 

Mr Dodd likes to twist, contort, manipulate and exaggerate. This is evident on all the "evidence" he purports to reveal. With this dog Daisy Mr Dodd keeps on harping about:-

1. Dodd created a facebook account in the owners name, to make it look like he was having a conversation with her against Foxies Fund and YES, he would really go to lengths such as this. The owner herself told Foxies Fund that someone had created another account in her name and was pretending to be her. When Foxies Fund saw what was being written, they couldnt believe their eyes. So, yes, they concluded you would have to be crazy to go that far.

2. The owner of Daisy came to Foxies Fund for help. Foxies Fund always encourages people to seek help elsewhere as well, so all the funds raised will be there when it is time for surgery or treatment. Usually people are up front and let them know where other funding is coming from.

3. So, yes she had a fundraiser on that medical doctors site (cant remember what it was called.) She also had a GoFundMe up and running and also had Foxies Fund helping her. Out of all of that, came help for her dog Daisy, which is what the end result was all about. There is no law stating you cant have a GoFundMe if you are asking for help from somewhere else. It becomes fraudulent when all the money raised from all the assistance given is put to another use. In Daisy's case it wasn't ... it went to the vet to save her dog.

Dodds claims of Art changing profile names or Foxies Fund group changing their settings is really a guy who cant rip himself away from social media for one second.  For private reasons Art was forced to change her name. For visibility reasons, Foxies Fund changed their group to a public group, also so people could find them and access them easier. Foxies Fund unfortunately, had to resort to a closed group for awhile because of the relentless harrassment and stalking from Michael Dodd, but they had to eventually make it an open group so people could find them who wanted help. Even though he caused things to happen, he twists it around to make it look like its something sinister. If they're a public group then they're hiding nothing.

Let me make this clear: there is NOTHING fraudulent going on with Foxies Fund. There is nothing fraudulent going on with Dominick Tambone. There is nothing fraudulent going on with Art Smith. There is nothing fraudulent going on with Casey or Steve or any other member of Foxies Fund. If a member has a lifestyle that is illegal then it is not Foxies Fund's fault, nor anybody elses fault. Mr Dodd likes to tell anyone who will listen that THAT is proof Foxies Fund is fraudulent, because someone in their group got a parking fine!!! What ever happens in peoples private lives does NOT reflect on Foxies Fund. That is just common sense. 

If anyone has anything NICE to say about Foxies Fund, say, people who they have helped in the past, Mr Dodd likes to call them "bleeding hearts" stories. I think it's very nice that people would come back onto Foxies Fund's page to thank them for saving the life of their dog.... but Mr Dodd verbally attacks them and accuses them of being involved in fraud.

Yes, Mr Dodd DOES call peoples work. He called Dominicks work to tell them they were employing someone being investigated by the FBI. He also called one of Foxies Fund's members boss and said the same thing. Mr Dodd DOES threaten new members of Foxies Fund. Mr Dodd DOES private message members to harrass them until they leave Foxies Fund. His sole purpose in life is to get the charity closed down. He is a monster and a charleton, preying on vulnerable women (that's what Foxies Fund members are mostly comprised of) exploiting every avenue he can think of to shut them down. 

NO... the IRS has not closed Foxies Fund down. NO.... the FBI is not investigating Foxies Fund. NO.... Mr Dodd is NOT working with the FBI. NO... Mr Dodd has no evidence of anything except what he concocts, manipulates or fakes to get his point across.

Let me begin by saying the author of all of these reports is clinically insane, this is evident in his behavior. He spends most of his time making up fake profiles so he can talk to himself online because everyone has left him to his own demented devices. There are at least 300 profiles on facebook alone.

In saying that he still continues to attack innocent people and because of some stupid public media law, he can get away with destroying these peoples lives. If you IGNORE him, it gets him more upset and he attacks you by contacting your neighbours, you boss and workplace. He checks peoples criminal history and posts it all over social media intent on intimidating those folks. He steals peoples profiles on social media and pretends to be them in order to worm his way into facebook groups to cause more heartache. Obviously he get some sort of psychotic and narcissistic kick out of doing this otherwise he wouldnt be doing it for the last 4 years. 

His main aim is to shut down a charity called Foxies Fund. He and his partner falsely reported the only avenue this charity had to collect donations, YouCaring and GoFundMe. After that happend the charity set up a website that members could donate to. So he could not touch that, it made him very angry, so he continued to attack the charity's members. The latest attack is on a lovely couple called Steve and Casey. These are a same sex couple who are legally married and have been together for over 30 years, minding their own business and saving for their retirement. This person who I shall name, Michael Dale Dodd (who also goes by Michael Justice, Christian Justice, Brenda Fisher, Michael Todd, Janet Weidass, Heinz Maak and many others) is a homophobe. He is trying to upset this couple by saying the CEO of Foxies Fund is making advances towards Steve. Absolutely dispicable and proposterous. Steve is a committed husband and Dominic (Foxies Fund CEO) is not gay. Michael Dodd also claims that Dominic is a pedophile. This is a very serious accusation, he claims to have evidence of all of his claims but NEVER posts this so called fake 'evidence'. He is full of hateful lies and accusations and really should be stopped. I can assure you that Dominic is not a pedophile, maybe Mr Dodd should take a look at his own sexual orientation?? People who shout the loudest about others are usually doing it themselves.

The purpose of this rebuttal is to make readers AWARE that this man is a pathological liar. It is evident he has some psychological disorder, which is very apparant in his 4 year relentless pursuit of this Charity - Foxies Fund. This charity is a registered 501c3 and was created to help people who's dogs have critical injuries or illnesses, to help them pay life saving vet bills. Mr Dodd has maliciously targetted this group under false pretences to get as many people to leave or not donate, in return this has caused the deaths of many dogs as donations began to dwindle. This is outrageous behavior from a 50+ year old man who has no job. It has been reported he is a substance abuser, and he will never stop. He has been arrested for lude behaviour, solicitation of prostitutes, scams the elderly with a fake carpet cleaning business, drink drives, drives without registration, has falsely claimed he is a naturopath for dog healing purposes and dog nutritionist for dog health. I have seen other people have written about Foxies Fund here in very favorable accounts, no doubt these are current members and people that have been helped by them. If all of Mr Dodds claims are true, then the IRS would have closed Foxies Fund down years ago. This is proof enough that he talking through his nether regions. All people could do is pity him, but unfortunately he has done so much damage to people's lives, it is only justice that he be jailed for a very long time. Where is the justice in this society??

This person claiming to be a Doctor has not a clue about the truth. They claim that Dodd has been diagnosed as a sociopath. Really???? With the HIPA Laws how is it that you know this? I personally have looked up Dodd and saw all the correct rcords from the State and County itself not the altered ones that these psycho people have copied and pasted. The last I checked this was a Free country and people can choose who they want to associate with or not.

So, let's just put this out there. This is Facebook. a social media platform. This isn't reallife people. Apparently the ones involed in this Childish garbage have no real lives. Oh that reminds me, I also went so far as to check out claims that he has involed his upstanding neighbors in all this. Hogwash!!! According to the so called records you think you have all the information to determine that all of his neighbors are liars and participating in Dodd's sociopath social media "Cult" that you all have called it, you are severely dilusional and seems to me that YOU just might be the sociopath seeking attention.

I have nothing to do with any of this but, I feel it is wrong for people to post incorrect information and state things that they have no proof of. Anyone that wants to know the TRUTH can look these records up for themselves and read the outcomes of them and also, these people keep stating that Dodd is a felon. I reaearched all of it and read the records. There are no felony charges anywhere on this man. Apparently people looking at the state and county records do not know the MM is a misdeameanor not a felony.If they are claiming to know so much and be so smart then why do they continue to say that they are felonies. Clearly they can't read.

Make no mistake.  Dodd is a narcissist who has an over grandiose sense of self. He believes he was put on this earth to be admired, revered, adored and that the world should revolve around him. 

When Dodd’s’ needs are being met, he feels clever, smart and special.  The spotlight on himself is what he strives for, and uses others to put the much needed spotlight on him.

  The problem is that because his ego is not being continually stroked, he becomes resentful, spiteful, angry and dissatisfied, and creates new situations and drama to get that “happy feeling” back. In that sense, his list of victims continually grows. 

 What makes Dodd unhappy? -  He is not flattered -  He is criticized or questioned -  He is ignored by those of a higher status -  He is not the center of attention -  His advice is not listened to or ignored -  He is questioned about the veracity of his stories and lies -  He is laughed at These things that make narcissists like Dodd deeply upset and unhappy are because his happiness comes from external forces. 

If any one of these factors proves to be less than special, amazing, or ego building, their whole world collapses and another victim must be found quickly to rebuild that need at all cost.  Everything he associates with happiness is related to outside influences or factors.

In Dodd’s’ case, he wants to be seen as some sort of cape crusader or savior of causes or an expert on anything he can fool people into believing he really is – but in fact isn’t.  He has solicited neighbors and family to bolster his claims, even to the point of breaking the law and putting their jobs in jeopardy. 

He must appear to others to be special, to be intelligent, to have some special "insight" into facts, and to be cleaver and better than anyone else at anything and everything he claims, but in fact isn’t. Dodd needs a constant stream of attention and suffers when he is on his own as his source of flattery dries up.

Look at the large amount of dog groups (32) he has on facebook.  Why?  Because he can build his ego and get the attention he desperately needs and craves.  When he receives admiration from others, he is instantly gratified and happy, but when left alone, he must delve into his own psyche where he has to come face to face with the ugly person he is - behind the mask he wears. 

Dodd needs to be the center of attention and be admired by all those around him. He desires flattery and adoration, and wants to be at the top of that hierarchy at any cost. No one is allowed to question him.

His word is gospel and should you question him for any reason, you will be shunned, publically humiliated, or in Dodd’s case – verbally, emotionally and psychologically attacked. He enjoys this ‘top dog’ status as it cements his ego and helps to boost his low self-esteem.

Being on top feeds into his notion of an over-indulged sense of self.  The happiness of Dodd lies with what other people have to say about him. To Dodd, the only true way to happiness is to be admired for his high imaginary status.

Unfortunately, this is not sustainable and Dodd soon finds this situation untenable and quickly moves on to find other people in which to build himself up and feel superior again.  There are dozens of pages written by Dodd to verify this diagnoses, both on the World Wide Web and Facebook. 

Take the time to really look at what Dodd says and does, it’s very plain to see.  He will always "have proof".  Look into that proof! Better yet, look into him.

My best advice is to steer clear, never question him, do your homework and don’t be taken in by his latest stories, lies, claims and accusations against his latest targets.  Until internet harassment laws are enacted, his list of victims will continue to grow.  Don’t become his next target.

this link shows this is proof, Michael sent screen shots to Andreal of the posting of her dog, She also said she was contacting Facebook and police of the scam, We have evidence of this chat in messenger on Facebook and a phone record of Michael and Andreal phone call, because a neighbor of Mike's was also hearing the conversation between the two.

He will witness this, we will not discuss who he works for but his reputation is outstanding in the line of work he does. A day later Andreal seem to change he mind about Foxies Fund and soon was also involved in the fraud scheme, First Art Smith a admin used her pet to collect bogus funds on and when she was caught contacted Andreal and paid her off the keep her mouth shut about what happen.

We have all this evidence and if Andreal wants challenge this we will be more than happy to take her on, Because she double dipped on funds for her injured pet making her a fraud as well.

This is a felon crime to do this & we can prove she stepped into the crime that occurred on her dog daisy taking a pay off by the Foxies Fund Inc & Foxies Fund Facebook group. You can not change Facebook chat between people, Michael also talk to Ryan Thomas in messenger and over the phone about this fraud that took place.

So for Andreal this is a heads up, Michael's neighbor heard every bit of you two conversation and you will play hell & high water proving this person as a liar, You Art Smith, Randy Boles & Dominick Tambone are criminals this can be proven be on a doubt.

There is screen shots from Facebook messenger, phone records & a witness to this matter of fraud that occurred. Foxies Fund has been involved in many other bogus fraud collection schemes that can be uprooted & proven the bunch is very shady.

The receipt Art Smith provided is a bogus and fake as it gets, it is a pay off to shut up receipt, Ryan Thomas paid Daisy's bill in full we have that receipt as 100% proof, proving fraud took place with this charity 501c3 from Norcross Georgia.

Take the time to look at everything he says about variuos people on this site.  Go ahead.  He says "I've got proof".  All he's got is a photo and a sick twisted dialogue he designs in a very disturbed brain.  He blames people for things that can't possibly be true.  Funny part is, he's guilty of EVERY SINGLE THING he's blaming on others. 

He hates just about everybody that does positive things for others or tries to enjoy their lives.  He's written sick accusations to employers to have people fired, claiming the individual is under investigation by the CIA, or FBI, or IRS, and in fact has stated he works or same.  He's done the same thing to have people thrown out of their homes.  He's posted Google pictures of peoples homes wilth their addresses/phone numbers and encouraged his members to call them and harass them 24 hours a day. 

In one case he even stated "looks like its time to steal a baby" after one of his victims just had a child and her persoal info posted all over his page.  You dont think this guy is dangerous?  Better think again.  He must get attention - at any cost.  Even if its negative attention.  He must be in control.  He's been thrown off several internet sites, the latest being YouTube under one of his aliases Michael Justice.  We only hope facebook is next, and very soon.  Even that wont be soon enough.  Do not question him personally - he takes that as an attack and you will become his next victim.  Just look around this site and look what he does.  You have been warned.

In 2015, it was discovered that Michael Dale Dodd had many fake dog rescue accounts on Facebook. He was using google pictures of dogs and Gofundme and Youcaring accounts to direct people to donate. He never posted any receits from the vets he claimed he gave the money to. He could never show people the owners, or the owners never posted to the page with thanks.... why?? because there were no owners. It was this lying preditor, Michael Dale Dodd of Winterhaven Florida, and his fraudster common law wife, Diana Cumbest. Diana has already been arrested and charged with fraud in the past as has Michael, scamming the elderly out of  money in 2002 - 2005 with a carpet cleaning scam. What a low-life. His prostitute daughter has been arrested many times on prostitution related charges, and drug charges. She also had her three little children taken from her. So, sad. 

So, why does this person try to destroy the lives of hundreds of people? You dont believe me? Anyone who joins pomeranian groups or Chiuauhah groups on facebook will get a personal Private message from Michael Dodd, or Michael Todd or Michael Justice. He will barrage them over and over and over. If they ignore his threats and verbal abuse, he then uses programs to search for their identities, including any felonies. He will then contact peoples neighbors, place of work, shops, anywhere that person goes and tells out and out lies about the person (eg: they molest children) to destroy that person's reputation. I know personally of 6 people he has done this to. Disgraceful and vile behavior. The best thing is (& this is being sarcastic) that Facebook, Sheriffs dept, lawyers etc cant do a thing about it. He is not breaking or violating any laws. So, I see he is stalking people's movements, harrassing and stalking them on the phones and threatening them with things he will do to destroy their lives.... the thing is that if he doesnt actually directly threaten these people, there is nothing they will do.

So Mr Dodd continues to provoke, stalk, and threaten people's livelihoods. He slanders the gay community as well as all people of the muslim faith? He is a member of the Klu Klux Klan.... getting my drift? He claims to love animals yet kills deer, poses for photos and feeds the carcass to his dogs. He has an over-infated hate for everyone who opposes him. He claims to work with the FBI, and has access to their online tracking programs. He claims to have proof that Domonick Tambone and Art Smith have extravegant lifestyles. Let me tell you, Dominick works 2 and sometimes 3 jobs to make ends meet. When donatation are down, he steps up to the plate and pays for at least two dogs per pay week. He drives a 2005 second hand 4WD that needs extensive repairs. Art Smith works as a relief, call-in worker, has two children to raise on her own, and has a beat up old 1991 sedan that needs repairs. They earn enough to put food on the table, they both have never had holidays, and pretty much struggle from pay to pay. So what ever Mr. Dodd wants people to believe is a stack of made up lies to fuel his hatred for anyone that tries to do any good in this world. 

So, to be good role models, Dom and Art have recurring donations. I know this for a fact. I dont know how much for, but they do it so they feel ok about asking others to do it too. They both have taken on new careers that required significant study and have completed it successfully. So, they are just normal people, getting on with their lives, caring greatly about the welfare of dogs that may be put to sleep if they can't be seen by a vet. 

Foxies Fund moved their group from a closed group to an open/public group, and Mr. Dodd claims they HAD to change the group to hide their scams. I mean, come on... how many brain cells do you need to work out, they changed their group settings. I'd like to see the "proof" this lunatic keeps bellowing about. Foxies Fund GoFundMe account was closed because YOU GUESSED IT, Mr Dodd had reported it as fraudulent... so then that gives him the excuse now to run around like a little girl all over the internet telling everyone it was shut down because it was a scam... and he did it to their youcaring account as well.... and he ended up killing dogs for that evil action.  I wont explain or defend two wonderful people called Casey and Steve... all I can say is Mr Dodd, is so hateful when it comes to the LGBT community and to the black community, after all being a white supremist racist and Ku Klux Klan member, you would have to expect that.

 This is disgusting and appalling. I’ve known these people for years and they have been harassed by the complaintant for some time. This is a fine, compassionate group of people. They recently helped my aging sick dog get medication she needed. I have also made items to sell for them. There’s no profit made by any of them.
