I got this email and they provide no contact number and want me to email payment. scared me at first but then remembered i filed bankrupcy two years ago so cant have any oustanding paymentsl.....

There is no question that the email you received is from scammers.
You did the right thing by coming on here and posting a ripoff report.
These scammers try to intimidate you (any receipient) into paying a debt that does not exist.
Don't contact them. Don't send any money at all.
