Complaint Review: Cash N Minutes - Cedar Park Texas

Back in Oct 2007 I took out a loan with this company called CashNminutes. I did request for an amount of $ 300 but only received $150 better than nothing. I really regret for taking a loan out with this company, there is no way of contacting them by phone only through email. They have tried to attempt of taking there money on several occassions out of my account but no success the money was in my account. I received a call from a rude gentlemen from Texas the middle of October he stated to me that I had committed fraud due to the fact that Cashnminutes have tried on several occassions to take the money out of my account but no success. He had told me that there was going to be a warrant issued for my arrest nation wide at 10:00am the next morning if I did not pay the restitution by a certain the evening prior to the issue of the warrant for my arrest. Yes I panic I was asking questions cause I have never been arrested and did not know anything about something of that nature. So I asked him ok what can I do cause I am a single parent anf would need to find out who would pick my son up or is there another alternative to resolve this issue, he replied you need to pay me $ 636 by this evening or else you will be issued a warrant for fraud. I was at work when I received this call, I did not know what to do I asked him could I get the number of the company so that I can speak with them to see what I could do he told me NO you have to speak with me and that is final. After several demands of trying to get the number he said the only way I could communicate was through email, he said give me a call back in 10 minutes so that I can email them and I will let you know what they say. Meanwhile I called my locate police station and asked what should I do cause I took them serious the lady told me not to worry cause it sounded like a scam. I asked if he could send me something by fax he told me he did not have access to a fax machine and what did I need him to fax him.Ok how in the world did the loan go from $150 to having to pay $636.
