Ok Elaine, I left you a message today. Let's see how you will respond. It's been over a month and you were threatened to be turned in to the FBI if you did not refund, which your name has been turned in to IC3. The next step is fraud complaints with local police departments in our area and Ledyard...provided you don't skip town.
Last I heard from Julie Croft was that she forwarded emails to you about being turned in to the FEDS and you screamed at her? That's not a good way to do business.
Anyone interested in reading below I recommend it...
Elaine's other site that was active as of June 21st: www.mysurpluslist.com, a check of that today revealed that it is not active. She is somehow tied to Tiran Zaken, The Zaken Corporation out of California.
The total price for 61 Apple iPods 32gb is $11,407.00. This is the total that was wired. $$$$0000.00 is what we received in a refund. Oh it was the July 4th holiday, oh it was the international wire transfer, oh it was the Indonesian supplier looking for the PO...whatever.
Fraudsters leave tracks. We will start with your banking information. Ever heard of Keith Lessard? He finally got popped for fraud...so if you aren't frauding people, you will have no problem refunding our money. Or has it been spent on your teenage sons?

Hey GUYs....
She has been arrested in CT... You guys need to contact the State if you want to file a lawsuit against her.
I was once wanted to get my hands on Iphone, but I did not do it, due to the large amount she required you to send over by wire transfer.
