I am Nicole and was the processor on this file. I am no longer with Castle Point. I remember the borrower and enjoyed working with him. He was pleasant and quick to get any of the information necessary to process the loan. I worked hours on helping track down a Home-owners company that took this borrower's money and then skipped town. I tried to help out as much as possible. The people that used "bait and switch" on him were not processors. As a processor you are restricted from discussing terms or conditions of a loan. You are to collect paperwork and file it. The loan officer is to sell the loans and make sure the borrower is aware of what is going on with the loan. It is also the loan officer and the loan officer manager who make adjustments to loans in the best interest of the borrower.(that is why they are paid 5x more than processors) I was not the processor for the duration of this loan as it switched programs several times. I started the initial process, once the loan switched programs another processor was assigned. Please don't lump me in the same category as Chad Jones and Marcus Smith. I did my job to the best of my ability, it wasn't my fault the sales team was incompetent as was the closing agent. I am sorry your experience was horrible, as I stated previously you were very kind and in need of help. I am no longer with Castle Point for several reasons and don't want my name linked to the company in any way shape or form.
