Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

While working as a Page for CBS Guest Relations, I informed my supervisor about Pages using facebook to corner the market and take all the work hours while slandering employees and the program online. Since this job is part time in order to reduce benefits or a legitimate paycheck, the idea of acquiring hours was cut throat. The admin of the facebook group, Ashley Filipek, would slander and spread rumors when in reality she was being ignored. She issued a death sentence on an innocent man saying she was being harassed, which is a pretty serious allegation. #welcometothe3% #Grace #attentionseeker

Kevin Hall at CBS security, contacted me, interrogated me over the phone and then attempted to appeal to my better nature by claiming that he was associated with the Jewish Federation (because I'm jewish and I guess he believes jews are in charge of hollywood) as if it would change the way I felt about the way he harassed by him over the phone. I was called into HR to speak with Rachael Silver and Jasmine Love who completely disregarded my claim and instead said that I was to be investigated. (Clearly for the sake of being investigated which they already knew was a false accusation) After the "investigation" was concluded, I was contacted by Rachael and told that the harassment never took place. Even though everyone knew I was innocent, it didn't matter because of the gravity of the accusation.

If you ever feel bullied, singled out, or legitimately harassed at CBS Television, remember, THEY DO NOT CARE. They will kill the messenger. Your claim will be dismissed thanks to their bureacracy. You've been warned, think about this before applying to be a page at CBS, they might destroy your career.

Uber Scam

Every time I write a poor review about the app uber lowers my rating and tries to delete my review. This company is corrupt and will do whatever they can to gouge a driver’s earnings. The secret is called "blame the driver no matter what.” Uber screws up the navigation, blame the driver, passengers smells bad during an Uber express, blame the driver etc., the rating system is fake and is solely intended to get lower and lower so uber can exploit drivers. They pair you with passengers that take you out to the middle of no where in order to gouge your earnings and cut in to you "bonuses” as opposed to just provided decent wages. If you get close to completing a bonus, the app pairs you with passengers that take you outside of the county forcing you to drive back on your own dime or just stops pairing you all together because uber discriminates. Uber pairs you with passengers with multiple stops through drive through which stinks up your car and doesn’t count towards your trips. Uber needs the money more than the drivers. Since LAX is a nightmare it takes over 30 minutes to pick up a person from the airport - which you don’t get paid for - when you finally pick them up, you’re making the equivalent of 9 cents per minute with the ridiculous traffic at best. If they cancel you’re taken out of the queue and have to wait another 30 minutes meanwhile uber collects the cancellation fee and you receive nothing. After dropping off a passenger at LAX I’m never placed in a queue after dropping off a passenger at a terminal. Instead Uber wastes your time an gas. The app should be taken off the App Store after all of the multiple class action lawsuits against the company. Sometimes Uber will pair you with a passeneger during a pool and not pay you because of the order of pick up is wrong and you can’t start their trip. The app is buggy and terrible. Waste of time, and money on gas and maintenance. Can’t make phone calls to passengers because I have a rider account and the app is so terrible that uber tells me to buy a second phone. If I drive to surge area it disappears because uber baits their drivers. The app also turns off with out you knowing so you can sit in your car driving around looking for rides with ever getting paired. I wrote this while being trapped for over 30 minutes in lax and made less than 5 bucks. Here is Uber’s response to everyone. Hi, we're always looking to improve your experience with Uber. Anything specific we can look into for you? Let us know by sending a quick note to ‪t.uber.com/drivercontact‬ and we'll connect."

Leslie Moonves - Cover up

Leslie Moonves Cover Up A whistle blower reported to CBS CEO Leslie Moonves about cbs guest relations harassment. The report explains that a Facebook group was being moderated by individuals including but not limited to Ashley Filipeck who were using the group to slander cbs employees and trade work hours amongst friends in order to corner the market for a part time position. The group was used as a forum for cbs staff - specifically cbs pages - to write complaints and trade hours and slander cbs staff. Some of the complaints also consisted of the treatment of cbs management not providing adequate wages or legitimate promotions within the company including minorities e.g. black people including numerous other issues. When the whistle blower reported this incident to Karen Winchell - manager of CBS guest relations - Human Resources claimed to "investigate it.” At that time Ashley Filipeck retaliated toward the whistle blower by creating a false harassment charge prompting Kevin hall - cbs security - to interrogate the whistle blower over the phone and attempt to coerce a false confession. During the interrogation Kevin Hall would make Semitic remarks claiming to have worked for the Jewish federation in order to intimidate the whistle blower for being Jewish. The whistle blower reported the incident to Human Resources - specifically Rachel Silver who covered up the incident on behalf of Karen Winchell’s request in order to avoid any liability and publicity. After the incident occurred; a report was filed with the eeoc. The whistle blower reached out to Leslie Moonves to inform him that guest relations, security and Human Resources participated in retaliation where the report was eventually discarded in a cover up.
