CCA First National Merchant Credit Card ripoff! I need to know if I can get a refund! consumer rip-off fraud Las Vegas Nevada
I received an application for CCA and called to activate. It wasn't till after I activated the card that I found out it wasn't even a credit card. I could only buy from their catalog. Right away I told them I no longer wanted the offer. They sent me to their customer assistance. They said they were going to charge me 199.99 They said there was no way for me to cancel because it was already in process. They gave me a number to my bank. But my bank couldn't do anything about it because the withdrawal was scheduled the next day and they needed 3 business days to cancel it. I called CCA again and they keep telling me I can't get my money back. I don't want the card. I will never buy anything from their catalog! They just took my money! I don't understand how I can't cancel right away and get a refund! Besides that every time I call, they ask me if it's my first time calling. WHen I answer NO and let them know I am trying to cancel, they are very rude! They say I am wasting their valuable phone time and hang up! I need to know if there's any way I can get my money back because my bank account is in negative right now! I should've checked with rippoffreport.com before even thinking of calling to activate!
