How is this credit card fraud when you approved the initial charge? You also agreed to the terms and conditions when you subscribed to the site. It says on there to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the rebill date. Regarding your previous cancellation attempt: If you really did cancel it, then you would have received a confirmation email. The only way you would not have received it is if you have a spam blocker and the email could have been blocked from reaching your immediate inbox; or you had entered your email address incorrectly onto the sign up page of the website. The reason for not issuing a refund is: the CCBill consumer support representatives are not able to determine if you actually did cancel your subscription prior to the rebill date. They don't say "a refund is to able to be issued w/out proof" to make you mad or to supposedly be apart of a "crooked" company; they say it because they are getting paid to.
