For 17 days I had called this company CCS. I spoke with Tanya Jenkins, Joel, Sonia, Patrick, Larry, Carl (so called supervisor). Each person told me that "Quality Control would contact me, and it would take 48-72 hours for my money to be credited back to my account".

Each call I got madder and madder. When "Quality Control", Alexis finally called, she said for me to call back at 1-800-731-0121. Well, no one can access that phone number from where ever you may be calling from. Also spoke with Natisia Guerrero who had the nerve to tell me that they had "satisfied customers". I asked her how that could be when there isn't even a web site or catalog for anyone to be "satisfied" with.

I told her that I will be contacting an attorney and she said that that is "not necessary" and I told her that apparently it is since we never even "activated any card" but they still took $199.99 out of my account.

Thanks to the advise of RIP-off reports staff, I contacted my bank and they reversed the UNauthorized money taken from my account.

I will happily take part in any media inquiries and supply the Attorney General and FBI with all the information and drama that I went through trying to get the money back that they STOLE.

I have contacted the media in San Francisco, CA and hopefully they will research this company and expose them for the crooks, thieves that they are. I have not even touched the surface with the dialoge that took place between me and the CSR's at CCS in this report. BEWARE !!!!
