My mother paid them to cut a granite counter top and install it in her kitchen before Thanksgiving of 2018. During the demo, they knocked a hole in a cabinet partition and shorted out her kitchen light.
They picked up two pieces of stone and cut them without checking if the stone matched. It didn't. My mother had to buy new stone in order to get it to match.
They installed everything except an area behind her stove. They cashed her check almost immediately and now won't keep appointments nor return calls. The kitchen light and cabinet partition they damaged, they won't come and fix.
They won't finish the installation of the piece behind the stove. They are also keeping a piece of the stone she already paid for and will not return it unless she gives them $70. So she has no extra stone to be able to hire anyone else to fix the area behind the stove.
My mother is almost 79 and they feel they can cheat her. Also they've been rude to my sister and I, particularly "Manny".
