Cedar Spring Apartments Independent living for Seniors My Aunt is paying for a 2 bedroom apartment and now she can only stay there. It was for 2 people. wendell North Carolina
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My Aunt is paying for a 2 bedroom apartment and only she can stay there. They won't lower her rent or transfer her into a 1 bedroom. The People there are like high school old folks. They gossip and start trouble with everyone. My Aunt stays there and it's only been 3 months and nothing but issues. The manager Amber Dawn Burgess is very unstable and unclear about what she tells people. She threaten my Aunt that her own nephews cannot visit her or help her out sometimes. I would understand if we were trouble but, we are in our 30s and mature. Our Aunt does not deserve to be in a jail like this. I do not recommend this place nor silver springs in Zebulon. Both managers that manage those places have a big drug history. I do not recommend these places at all. Please re-think this. They also don't respond to things that need fixing in the apartments. They wait until months later. Very bad place.
