Celebration Health Club, Orlando area consumer ripoff
October 1999 I joined Celebration Health Club, Celebration Florida. They took the $52.00 out of my bank account in oct 99, but refused for weeks to allow me to use the facility until they could set an appointment for orientation. Then when I went in for this so called orientation I was told I could not join the facility because I had Asthma and Respiratory problems and had a heart attack and would need a letter from my Doctor.
My Doctor never sent a letter to the Health Club. The Health Club in turn took out $52.00 a month for three months and was fixing to take out another month service even though they refused to allow me to work out there.
I had to pay my bank money to stop Celebration Health from taking more money out of my account, in turn they refused to refund the $52.00 they took out of my bank account for three months. I was told by Celebration health that I was disatisfied with them and due to this they would not refund my money!
I was not allowed to us the facility, sure I am disatisfied with them so does this give them the right to take money from a consumer that is not allowed to use their facility. Celebration Health Club is in Celebration City near Disney World, Consumers be ware of this company!!!!!
