Cellular Blowout - Wildcat Communication Trying to Rip Me Off! Agoura Hills California
Around the end of October to November 1st, my order for three cellfones were placed. C184644 was given to me. After one week of not hearing anything on my order, I decided to cancel. I then got a reply saying my order is being processed, bit due to overwhelming demands, my order has been placed on hold. (Two to three weeks has passed already) I sent to emails back to them on the same email they sent, cancelling my order. I got the [email protected] email and sent them more emails saying I cancelled my order and that my money be sent back to my bank. I called the number but they wanted an extension number of someone that could help, but no extension number was given on any correspondence or email.
And, they told you to go to the email and contact them through that. I recently got an email saying the three cellfones were shipped but the cases are on backorder. No info was given how or when my order was shipped, nor was a tracking number given, or any info as to where they sent it to wether my street address or my PO Box at our USPS station. After all those emails I sent, they still did not cancel my order. As to this day, I have neither phones, nor my money of 416.00 which came out of my tax refund I waited so long for. I am really upset at this company and I wish The Consumer Agency will help me by getting back my money or my fones.
