I ordered a cellphone from cellular blowout in June 2008. They set me an email in that same month stating that the order was on backorder. After a month of waiting I sent the company an email via their website stating that if they did not have the brand of phone I was willing to accept another brand and pay the difference. No response was received to that email.

Desperately needing a cellphone I felt because of their lack of response to my requests I had no other choice but to purchase another phone from another company. I then alerted cellular blowout that since I didnt receive any response from them I purchased another phone and I would like them to refund the money taken off my credit card. For months I receive no response.

I finally sent them an email in January 2009 telling them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, they then sent me an email in that same month stating that they have cancelled my order and have turned the matter over to their credit Department and within two weeks I would be given a credit.

Months later I am still waiting. I would like for this company to be investigated because I do believe that they are running a shady operation. Everytime you call this company, no matter what time of day you could never speak to an actual person. There is just a recording that transfers you to extensions that no one answers. They advise you to contact them via email and they will respond within 24 hours-responds only when threathen.

After I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they sent me an email stating that they were unable to refund me becase an outside company deducted the money on their behalf and I must contact my bank and ask for a refund. I contacted the bank and they told me that I waited too long to file and they could do nothing.

I again contacted the company telling them what the bank said and again asking them to refund my money or send me the product. I have not receive a response to date [this is after two months] I again sent them an email today June 26, 2009 once again asking for a refund or they send me the product ordered. My next recouse is to lodge a complaint with the CA police department for theft against this company and David Bleeden.

I must state that they refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau.
