Central Bark Oak Creek Central Bark Doggy Day Care, Oak Creek Buy Premium dog food, get mice for free! Oak Creek Wisconsin
I bought a bag of premium dog food at Central Bark Doggy Day Care, a distributor of Fromm pet foods. When I got the bag home, I saw that there was a hole in the back of the bag. Several days later, I saw evidence of MICE in my kitchen. They were multiplying fast. To make matters worse, my dog, at that point, had been eating mouse- poop-enriched food for several days. Central Bark franchise owner Sue Ann reimbursed me for two mousetraps, and gave me a new bag of food ( the LAST one I will ever get there.). The store is filthy; i don't know what the Doggy Day Care looks like, as I would never leave my dog in such a facility. Sue Ann now claims that it is not her fault, and there are no signs of mouse activity at her store -- which I am sure is true since she has had plenty of time now to clean it up. I asked her to please resolve this with me privately; she refuses to take any responsibility or pay for any remediation (vet bills, sanitizing, etc.). Central Bark, the franchisor, similarly denies any culpability for requiring its stores to maintain cleanliness standards. Use these facilities at your own risk!
