Central Business Funding is a company dedicated to consulting and guiding small businesses and startups during the early phases of their developing companies. This primarily involves helping businesses locate funding options as well as creating business plans. Trevor Lee stated the following about his company, "the idea is that a lot of small businesses aren’t really prepared to go out there and seek funding or get loans, and so we kind of fill the gap of nobody being there to kind of walk them through the process. Or help fill the void because they don’t know where to go to get a business plan." Central Business Funding works directly with their clients to ensure that they understand the process of getting funding, and provide a path to the right kind of funding for them.

Leads for Central Business Funding are obtained through pay per click advertising on Google, Bing, Yahoo, as well as other major websites. A potential customer can visit their websites to get a brief overview of their services as well as submit their basic information to obtain additional information. From there a representative will reach out to access the needs of the potential client and offer them a $19 assessment through a funding analyst that will appropriately explain their needs as a business. After this assessment a senior funding analyst will advise what services they would recommend. The full service package that Central Business Funding offers costs $2,500 with a $100 deposit required from the client. From there the client can pay off over the next 24 months.

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – CENTRAL BUSINESS FUNDING

During the onsite inspection Mr. Lee was asked to describe a situation where a client was not pleased with the level of service or products they received. While they rarely receive complaints Mr. Lee stated the following, "it's a sensitive industry to be in because we are talking about money. So if somebody goes through the process...even if their seeing progress...the dissatisfaction comes on their end if they can't find funding on an immediate basis. A lot of people want what they want and they want it now."

When asked about the comments posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Lee stated, "They believe our product is a loan...so what I've done in order to change that...I do have a written contract again that states that these are the services that they are paying for and I can't offer funding guarantees you're paying for a service not a loan. So that's where the issue is that if somebody is paying for something and they don't get a loan because of it then they feel as if they didn't get the product or service." In order to assure future and current clients Central Business Funding is currently working on becoming accredited with Ripoff Report as well as the Better Business Bureau.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the customer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Lee stated, "growing my consulting side of things...instead of just a written agreement I now have a recorded registration process that each customer has to go through that's uploaded to their file."

Central Business Funding Poor Services and Customer Service Las Vegas Nevada

 Central Business Funding claims they can build your business credit and leave you in a great position when it comes to talking with lenders. CBL did none of the above in fact they don't even know how to call their customers back until it was time to collect money. Most business is done through emails and their coaching skills will leave any team starting up with a loss. You can't compare their customer service to WAL-MART because the employees at WAL-MART would actually help you unlike CBL. I have a toll free number and after dealing with CBL I am now receiving calls with no one on the other line just using minutes? This practice is a joke and I prey they don't share my personal information.

 I understand you're the owner and I’m sure you know who this is so if you care about your company and customer service we can handle this by issuing me a credit of $1,200.00. Your company pushed my file to the lending side without proper coaching and no Paydex score due to false documents sent by your representative. Clear violation of sections 3.0 / 3.1 / 3.2 of your Consulting Agreement. I’m sorry who's the coach? What did I pay for? If I wanted personal credit I would have went to Wells Fargo not pay close to 2K for business coaching. I take back calling you trolls out of frustration I apologize.

I have never seen a customer that has worked with us not be satifed. Look at any complaint about the company, we have resolved it. We are very pro-active and it doesnt look as though you even spent money with us from what I can tell. You never mentioned a cost about any service you claim to receive from us. If there was a problem with something who did you reach out within the company to resolve it? Or was your first responds to go complain?

No one is person or company is perfect but Central Business Funding takes pride in being there and resolving the probelm is one does occur. Name one cusotmer that has reached out to us that they have turned there back on?... NOBODY! That is what is most improtant. So instead of complaining be pro-active and call and speak with someone about your issue. If this is a real customer and not a competitor.

Why would anyone waste there time on calling you just to waste minutes? Most people have unlimited minutes these days so that would be a waste of our time. I am not trying to be rude but don't flatter yourself in reagrds to someone being paid to sit and call you and waste your and our time.
