Central Heat & Air - Michael Cloer Failed to pull the necessary permits and did not install to code. Ormond Beach Florida
Contracted Central Heat & Air to install a new 2.5 ton inside and outside heating and cooling system for my house on 09-05-2014. Michael Cloer and his crew showed up and began installing the unit, when I asked about the permit, I was informed that he had 5 weeks to pull a permit and get the work inspected. Upon leaving that day he was going to return the first of the following week to pour a pad to get the unit off the ground, install hurricane straps, change out some breakers etc. After numerous phone calls, which after the first couple of calls they quit answering my calls and texts to his cell which he finally texted back that he thought he was finished and I cannot get any further replies.

Received a call around noon wanting to know if I would be home, they informed me they would have a crew there within an hour to complete the job. The crew showed up, finished the installation to code. I now consider the installation complete.
