I wish these reviews would have been posted before I chose central Mobile Homes to do my house I can see by the recent reviews on Google they are all falling for the same scam that I did I started this in last April 2017 and it's still not finished keep being told lies they ignore me when I call I even called the manufacturer Jacobson homes the complain about their dealer and Jacobson homes just says oh well so how is the dealer going to be any better than the manufacturer when they have that kind of an attitude I spent over $80,000 for a place to live while I've been waiting for this to be finished it looks like there's no end in sight buyers beware and I mean beware now they have the nerve to ask me to sign off on it so they can get their money from the mortgage company when there is no electric hook up, no flooring no screened in porch that we ordered , wrong light fixtures not sure how they stay in business. We will take legal action for breach of contract.
