In the middle of 12/04 I got a call from a sale rep from Centurion Bank. This gentlemen told me that I was approved for a mastercard with a $2000 limit. I asked him more them once was he sure because I just received a credit card but with only a $250.00 limit from another bank. He reassured me and told me all I would have to do is pay a one time fee of $249.00. The money was taken out of my account in December 2004. I felt something was wrong when I kept on making phone calls because I did'nt receive my card in the 25 business days that it was promised to me. When I finally did reach some on I was told my package was in Maryland and I should be getting it soon. I finally got it in the middle of Febuary 2005, but when I opened the package it was some magazine and a application for a cash credit card.

I immeditly called and told them that one of their employee's lied to me and told me I was getting a major master credit card he never told me it was a cash card, what do I need a cash card for when I already have a real credit card, I just thought I was getting a credit card with a higher limit. However when I did call to complaint @ the 866-784-0260, I was told that I needed to write and complain to a Brain Hill in Champlain, NY. I did so and my letters have been refused. I also contacted The Better Business Bureau in Buffalo, NY and Centurion also refused their letter.
