CENTURION FINANCIAL ripoff Champlain New York
CENTURION FINANCIAL strikes again!!! Yes, they got me too. $249.00 later, I have an application, a request for $39.95 for set up fees all for, you guessed it, a pre paid store card. I called the company and was called unstable only after I was asked if I had a mental condition or was on medication! I was played the verification recording as well.
I reported to FTC, BBB and AG as well as any other places I was directed to. I wrote to Help Me Hank, with channel 7 out of Boston Ma. I agree, we all need to keep on top of this situation. BBB listed a Chrisrine Bernard as the "principal" of the company. Global Marketing was the processing company, but does anyone out there know who the current processing company is? I will post if I find out.
My bank was very cooperative, but do not know as of yet if I will get my money back. I asked all the right questions too, and like many of you, wouldn't feel so dumb if I didn't know better. Just normal people who fell on hard times, and now back on our feet trying to repair our credit as well as gain some of that dignity back.

Brenda, Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Here is all the information that I know at this time that may help you get your money back. Call Monetary Solution in Kentucky, Owned by Matt Hunt and his brother. Phone number is: 859-781-8960 (They may answer as Mountain Peak Financial?) They are the last ones that I know of that took over from Global Marketing after they dropped Centurion. While filing complaints I reviewed my notes from original call and realized I did ask for a website. They gave me Mastercard.com. I went to the site, sent an FYI that Centurion was stating MC internation website as their own. MC contacted me with phone numbers, I called, was told by MC international that Centurion is in fact affiliated with MC, through KeyBank National. Called Keybank and turns out they never heard of Centurion. Called Global Marketing Group and was on hold for 2 hours. Will keep dogging them until I get a refund. Thanks Donna, Ft. Worth for all the info you have provided to help us.
