Certified Auto Finance Tricks people into NONREFUNDABLE downpayment without First warning individuals, Ripoff Orlando Florida
I was told to put a downpayment to hold the car i was thinking of purchasing. I did not sign any papers on promisse to buy. I later came back to the office with a friend to ask more questions because i do not know much about purchasing a car. That should of told the sales person/ finance officer that i was still at the least in the THINKING phase.
After futher thought and only one day later. I ask to have my money back because I think the price of the car is tooo high and the interest rate in too hig for me to handle. I was then told that the downpayment to Hold the car will be a lost. I do not think that is right because I did not sign or agree to buy but to think it over.
I was pressure into the down because I was lead to believe that I might loss the car to another buyer while i was thinking. I also did it thinking that i will get my money back if I do not go through with it. There was no explaination on the Nonrefundable downpayment.
