I was contacted on July 2, 2014 regarding an outsides sales position with CPP/SMS. I was told I would recieve sales every day thry "HOT" leads and pre-set appointments. I took the 4-5 hour "training" class on July 3rd. On July 7th, 2014 I began my "employment" with this company.
EVERY "appointment" I went into was fake- there were no preset appointments and the biz owners DID NOT know I was coming, nor did they even ask to have a representative sent to them.
Over the past 3 days Ive made comments to my "Team Lead" (Colte Smith) about the leads being false, the appointments never have been set, etc. When he never returned a phone call for my next new lead after "lunch" today I relized that my brain had finally caught up to my gut and they were no legit.
After googling the company (which I should have done BEFORE accepting emplyment with this company.
The people I have spoken to in this company are
Team Lead - James Colte Smith (General Sales Manager)
Recruiter/Hiring Manager- Micheal (Senior Hiring Manager)
Trainer- Gregg
I am on limited income as my husband is disabled and we used the last of our money ($100) in gas over the last three days. I feel scammed and cheated. the only reason we took the risk was because we really needed the income. I really do not know how we will make ends meet this month and I hope this report helps keep someone else from going through this.
Also be aware there are several lawsuits against them for false advertising to clients. They lie cheat and steal. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!

They will never pay you its all a scam inside. if they like you they move you up in the ladder if they hate you they will just treat you nicely and lie to you in your face. go to www.cppscam.info and join us by shutting down this leach of the system out
