Cesar Chavez Photography Fraud photographer, Didn't deliver as promised, Took full payment without albums/editing Tampa, FL Florida
We hired Cesar Chavez as our wedding photographer. Knowing that he had not done any international weddings, we were persuaded by his confidence. The pictures on his website and albums are not even close to what he showed us from our wedding. He was not going by what we wanted our wedding photographs to be like but was doing what he wanted.
Throughout the wedding, many family members had to constantly guide him to not take repetitive photos. Our wedding was a very important time for us and we wanted to capture as many special moments as we could, however, because of Cesar, we were not able to.
Not only were we dissatisfied by his photography and customer service, but also him not going by the contract. We had agreed on photography for 3 days, a wedding album as well as edited photographs. However, we only recieved photographs VIA the internet which had not been edited. Our mistake was that we had paid Cesar before we got the albums from him. He rushed us to give him his check obviously because of what he was planning to do.
After we have made many attempts in contacting him, we have been unsuccessful. He has blocked us from Social Media and will not respond to text messages and calls. We paid close to $5000 for only photographs online which we were not pleased with.
I do not recommend anyone to hire Cesar Chavez as their photographer. I had reviewed his work on his wesbite which he had deleted as well. The work he shows on his website is not true to what his product really is.
I am still hurt that our wedding photographer turned out to be a fraud and we were not able to capture those special moments.
