Cesar Larios is a scammer. Our company approached him for a design after he had successfully designed a beautiful logo for one of our subsidiaries. He provided very poor concepts that looked like a 3rd grader created them. I could have made something better in paint. Stupidly I gave him a second chance to create a design. His 2nd attempt was not as bad as the first but still horrible. He offered me a full refund being the Legal Officer. Today, the executive for that branch of the company contacted Mr. Larios and was told he would only be getting part of the promised refund.

Good day reader,
I am the person mentioned in this report. And will like to kindly point out that this is far from the truth.
First of all if you pay attention to the post and the site, it appears that my personal information was automatically collected and this report was ficticiously created.
How am I so sure about this?
Well, I conducted business under this name for some years and had the opportunity to work with some great clients. In very rare ocassion did I charge my clients before the projects were completed. A few times some didn't pay, but that's another story.
Regardless, if this is even came close to being true. I would gladly clarify things.
I used contracts that explained the stages of projects and their cost. I utilized a system that kep track of initial instructions, order changes, communication logs and tracked my time.
In short, I do not rip anyone off.
I gladly help others if i can and if i can not I rather kindly let you know is out of my hands.
