This company purports to sell skin care products. The one I ordered was supposed to reduce puffiness around under the eyes. I tried it for several months and It did not work, even a little bit.

After I told them I didn't want any additional shipments, they still sent me another box. I told them it was sent it by mistake, but they refused to take it back and became very rude. Clearly the whole operation is set up as a scam.

Please do not buy anything from these people. They lie, they cheat, and they are total crooks. I'm going to contact the authorities in NJ to see what can be done about shutting them down for false advertising. 

There are similar reports to mine by others who were cheated, so I'm not the only one. 

I wish I had consulted this site before I made my first order.

Hi, 

  I'd like to apologize that our product did not work for you! As all skin types are different, skin care products do not work for 100% of people, although we wish it did! This is why we have a few different eye creams.

I looked up your account and see that you spoke with someone in Customer Service a few times and they've always postponed your shipments as they were supposed to. I do see they searched your phone number and couldn't find any record of you calling to cancel - so they were just following protocol as this was your 6th shipment of the product. 



However, I do understand your concerns and since you are sure you called to cancel, you can return the product if you call customer service at 1-800-754-6211. I have already notated your account.

I apologize after a year of using the product and getting some free products to try, that you feel that we are crooks and theifs. We would love to hear from you to rectify that, as we have hundreds of thousands of customers and rarely any complaints.
