champs apparel scam shanghai Internet

I googled a specific jersey for my husband for christmas. I found it and purchased it. $115! Then, the website was down or no longer existed. We didnt receive it for christmas. It finally came the other day. It looks like a child hand sewed thin pieces of fabric together to make a shirt. The nfl logo is plastic and glued on. The nike symbol is backwards and the american flag is upside down! They tricked me!
