I hired this woman over the phone to clean my apartment as I was moving out at the end of the month, that is the service she advertised to usedvictoria.com I talked to her and booked a time for her to come and told her I would meet her and go over everything. Well I stood outside the entrance to my apartment building and waited and waited and waited and she never showed. I even called her and no answer
Completely UNRELIABLE and not worth it. I was in a pretty uncomfortable position explaining to my landlord why it wasn't clean and people were moving in.
