Char-Broil ripoff. If you have missing parts on a new grill: Too bad, you have to deal with a rude lady and pay for backordered parts. Columbus Georgia
Char-Broil would not provide missing parts, were rude, and did not have parts in stock. I had to pay $20+ for missing parts that will be sent "who knows when".
