Charles Chappell Charles A Chappelle Liar, dishonest, theif Raleigh North Carolina
Mr. Chappell came to my home to do tile work to kitchen and power wash home 10/2011 --> charged $500.00. He claimed he had to have $2,500. to do other concrete work and would in term repay back $6,000.00 because he had to finish this job before he could finish my kitchen tile work and power wash my home. He was to repay this money back in November 2011. He has had one lie after another why he has not paid me. The kitchen tile work still unfinished and power washing has never been done. To this date, He still owes me over 2,650.00 plus travel expenses of $300.00 to Maryland which he claims he had a job to do so he could repay me my money.
I have gotten a judgement against him, reported him to the Attorney General, the Better Business, trouble shooter on Chanel 5 and 11 here in Durham, NC, reported him to the Police Department, FTC etc. Still this young man continue to scam others. There should be a way, I could sue the State of North Carolina for allowing this man to continue to rip off the Consumer. Mr. Chappell claims he have a funeral home in Garner, NC. He claims to be a Minister. States both of his parents are Minister. He states he gives his mother his money and assess so he can not be caught with anything.
