Retired dissabled Navy man being ripped off by man claiming to be dying of cancer ! For over 3 year's this Navy man has been giving his check to this person to try to save this person's life ! This Navy man has given his Saving's account of over 60,000 dollars and has taken out a house loan of around 68,000 dollars more for this rip off artist . This dissabled Navy man is now unabel to pay this loan back to his bank because he is still giving him his checks. He is now behind 44 weeks of payments ! This Rip Off Artist has taken everything out of this Dissabled Navy man's home that is worth anything and sold it for what he could get because this retired dissabled Navy man has nothing else to give ! This rip off artist has a long Police Record in Chillicothe Ohio 45601 he is living on Fairview St with a woman and child that has charges aginest him for battery and not to be 500 foot from her . He also lives next door to this retired dissabled Navy Man ! This Rip Off Man has been telling this Navy man he is going to pay him back all this time over 3 years to keep getting money from him . This Rip off man has had a Inheritance in Florada going on all this time ! This Rip off artist owes him over $ 200,000 dollars . I have made a report with the Ross County Sheriff department 740-773-1185 and with Adult Protective Services 740-701-9490 . I have no where else I can turn to. Thank You
