charlie's auto Associated with auto max works along side automax, exists to rip you off runnemede, New Jersey
So as i wrote in my last report about automax, something doesnt add up between these 2. But i cant place it. In a matter of a few years i bought 2 vehicles from automax, i didnt learn my lesson the first time. Each time the vehicle had major transmission issues that were not forseen when test driving. They always recommend me to Charlie's which just happens to sit on automax's other car lot, known by the name of auto place usa. All automax's clientel gets recommended there. Not so much a problem so far, however, the time charlie tells you it will be done is always like a week under its actual time then he cops an attitude when you question it, when you finally get the car fixed its Not fixed right, and you have to usually coms back a 2nd time. This has happened to me on both occasions, so i assume this is the norm for all customers. He has said to me in the past, in reference to automax, when i was complainkng, ""im not goong to bite the hand that feeds" sovim taking it that these to work together, and im willing to bet something isnt right here. Dont be a sucker, avoid these 2, there up to no good.
