 So if your like me and love leggings in sure you will eventually run across by Charlies project. Don't be fooled by their "charity" claim with an initial sweet little boy on the front page of the site. Not only will you be spending the same amount of money as you would for any other company but be prepared to wait MONTHS for your leggings to come in the mail. Oh! And no only that but should you get a misprint or defective/damaged leggings, don't even bother contacting anyone. They won't help you. My leggings (the 2nd pair of misprinted ones) I decided to contact them. They told me that the big black crotch spot was "part of the design" and that I would not be refunded. I asked them why it was not in any other customer photo s of their same pair of leggings and why it didn't show it in the stock photo? Afterwards they stopped responding to my emails, and my messages as well as removed me from the Facebook group where you can post questions-concerns to. These people take your money, leave you high and dry and IF your "fortunate" enough to get a pair, chances of them being messed up is high. You might as well accept the crappy pair of leggings because they're not going to help you in any way once they have your money. The low standard of customer service is an all time low with this company. Please if you take anything away from this, please save your money.

 Hi sorry for your experience however we offer a 10 day exchange on all orders in the event you are not happy. The leggings were not a defect but the design and you were the only one to complain about it. Therefore you were more then welcome to exchange your purchase. I am sorry you choose to not follow our exchange policy and choose another pair. I do remember your emails as it seemed even when we sent another pair for FREE, it wasn't enough. However it's unfortunate you feel to file a rip off report when you were not ripped off but just didn't get your way. Please follow companies policies and it will make resolution easier for you. On another note the little boy is my son with special needs and yes we donate proceeds to charities. To date over 95k as that is our purpose. The company was founded on this premise. We are sorry the leggings were not to your liking and you chose to not exchange them. All the best anna
